1 HOUR TIMED DELIVERY

We don't want our customers waiting in all day for their parcels to turn up, which is why we use couriers with a one hour delivery window for all our UK mainland customers. Once your order has left our warehouse you will be allocated a one hour delivery window for the next working day via an email and a text. Please note that this service is unavailable to some highlands and remote areas, and your order will be sent on a 2-3 day Royal Mail service. For a full list of these postcodes please see below.

ORDER SHIPPING TIMES

Place your order online before 3pm on any weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) and your order will be delivered to you the next working day. If your order is placed before 3pm on a Friday it will be with you the following Monday. Any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays or during the weekend re shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery.

UK DELIVERY COSTS

All orders over £50 are shipped free of charge via our DPD 1 Hour Timed Next Working Day service, or via Royal Mail to remote areas. All orders under £50 are shipped at a flat rate of £6, via the same postal methods.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders outside of the United Kingdom. To order Plakton in your region, please visit the dedicated storefront for that Country.
