RETURNS

REFUND PERIOD

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods within 30 days, provided we get them back in original sale-able condition. If your items are faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to return them with 60 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. If you are returning a faulty item after 60 days have passed we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods which are faulty or not as described.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

If possible return the item(s) in the original mailing packaging you received it in. The shoe box forms part of the goods and must be returned unmarked with the shoes inside. Always try on footwear indoors on carpet to avoid marking the soles and for hygiene purposes wear socks when you first try them on.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

When you return items that were part of a promotional discount involving other items in your original purchase, the discounts you originally received are no longer applicable due to the returned items. The cost difference will then be deducted from your refunded amount. For example: if you order multiple items to obtain free shipping, and then return any items which would put the new total order value under the free shipping limit, we will deduct the shipping that would have been charged from your refund.

POSTAGE REFUNDS

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, and your original postage charge (if any) is not refundable unless the items are deemed faulty or have been sent incorrectly. If you are returning an item for exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement back you.

CONSUMER CONTRACT REGULATIONS (CCR)

The UK Consumer Contract Regulations advise that you have 14 days in which you can cancel your contract for your order in order to receive a full refund including your postage to get the item to you. The 14 calendar days start from the time when you receive your goods. To cancel your order please inform us here: www.plakton.co.uk/pages/contact. To return your order for cancellation you must return your full order and must comply with our Conditions of Return.
